Return And Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items.
Items must be:

Unwashed

In original condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Custom Orders
Because custom items are made specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.
If your custom item arrives with a defect, incorrect design, or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
